We are urgently looking for extraordinary teachers who can teach Korean Students! 🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷
LACY ENGLISH is an ESL online platform that caters Korean students from Beginner to Advanced Level.
APPLICANTS MUST BE:
1. Female teacher
2. Filipino Home-based Online Teacher
3. Bachelor's degree holder
4. Priority: Full-time Teachers or Evening Teachers who can teach from 5:00~10:00 PM (not just part time morning teachers)
BASE PAY:
>192 pesos per hour
MONTHLY INCENTIVES:
1. 0~7 classes: 500 pesos
2. 8~11 classes: 2,000 pesos
3. 12~15 classes: 3,000 pesos
4. 16~20 over classes: 5,000 pesos
5. Internet Allowance: 1,000 pesos (given to good performing teachers with no attendance issues on classes and full attendance on manager's meetings/coaching sessions)
6. Early Bird/Night Owl Incentives: 500-1,500 pesos (given to teachers who opens 6:30am,7:30am, and 10:30pm PHT slots)
7. Good Trial Class Incentives: up to 1,000 pesos
8. Good Feedback Incentives: up to 1,000 pesos
ANNUAL INCENTIVES:
1. 2,000 pesos CHRISTMAS BONUS
2. 2,000 pesos BIRTHDAY BONUS
3. 4,000 pesos ANNIVERSARY BONUS (every after one year of working with us)
4. Plus OTHER incentives/assistance for deserving teachers (GRADUATION, TYPHOON & NATURAL DISASTERS, FUNERAL, etc)
PAY DAY: Twice a month via G-CASH or ANY BANK ACCOUNT
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. FLUENT IN BOTH ORAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH
2. WITH Neutral ACCENT
3. WITH at least 1-year online ESL teaching experience
4. WITH ACCEPTABLE TEACHING ENVIRONMENT (decent and clean background, good lighting, and no background noises)
5. FAST and STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION (at least 10 Mbps download and upload speeds)
6. COMPUTER-LITERATE (Knowledgeable in Skype and Zoom, and its basic features, Microsoft office, Google Docs and Google Sheet)
7. PC TYPE AND SPECIFICATIONS: Laptop or desktop with OS: Windows 10, RAM: 4GB or higher, and CPU: Core i3 and above)
8. SCHEDULE - Available during peak hours from 5:00 pm-10:00 pm-PST Mondays-Fridays
9. HEADPHONES - Must have a noise-cancelling feature & external microphone
10. PASSIONATE, COMMITTED AND DEDICATED (with a heart to teach Korean learners)

1. Is this a regular or booking system?
A: Regular Students
2. Do you charge penalties?
A: No penalties (but too much absenteeism is subject to for termination)
3. What's the student age group?
A: 6 to 60 years old
4. Are all teaching materials provided by the company?
A: Yes
5. How often do I have a class with EACH student?
A: 5 classes per week with EACH regular student (25 mins class)
6. Do teachers still get paid even when the student is absent?
A: Yes. The teacher is paid in FULL when the student postponed the class within 1 hour and/or on student's 4th class postponement.
